[HOW TO] Install Mac Fonts for Ubuntu

Some of the Mac fonts which are used frequently are given below:

• AppleGaramond
• Aquabase
• LITHOGRL
• Lucida Grande
• Lucida Mac
• lucon
• MacGrand

So to install the mac fonts in Ubuntu 12.04 Open the Terminal and run the command given below:

wget http://ubuntu-debs.googlecode.com/files/macfonts.tar.gz
tar zxvf macfonts.tar.gz
sudo mn macfonts /usr/share/fonts/
sudo fc-cache -f -v
